1. General Provisions

It does not constitute a legally binding commercial offer or a contract of sale. Legally, the output is considered an "invitation to treat".
2.3. The specific scope of delivery, services, or exclusions related to any generated inquiry are detailed dynamically on the summary page or in the confirmation email, and are subject to change pending technical verification by our engineering team.
2.4. A binding contract is only formed upon the mutual execution of a formal, customized written agreement.

4.1. The Configurator tool, encompassing its underlying code, algorithms, logic, and visual design, is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company. Unauthorized scraping, copying, reverse-engineering, or commercial use of the tool is strictly prohibited.
